About you
We need a proactive go-getter who focuses on opportunities, thinks in shapes and stories, and simply gets things done.
- Visual Mindset: You think, breathe, and communicate visually. You love playing with imagery, constantly experimenting with new tools, and pushing the boundaries of what a brand experience can look like.
- Spatial design: You have a strong feeling for scenography, interior, and spatial design. You master lighting, colors, and atmosphere.
- Software: You are an expert in both Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. And you possess strong DTP knowledge.
- Technical rendering: You have a technical skillset and an eye for detail. You can easily translate technical drawings/spatial plans in-house into photorealistic 3D renders.
- AI Image generation: AI is your friend. You have proven experience with Midjourney, Ideogram or other relevant tools. Experience with Flux via ComfyUI (or other node-based workflows) is a massive bonus.
- Motion & video: You know the basics of editing & animation. Additionally, you follow the latest innovations and use AI video tools like Runway or Kling to bring visuals to life.
- Bonus: You can draw or sketch beautifully by hand.

About the Job
You take full ownership of project visualization, from the first concept sketch to the final renders. You lift our pitches, floor plans, and graphics to a much higher level.
- Concept to reality: You create stunning visuals and renders so clients understand exactly what they buy. Beautiful but unbuildable is not an option.
- AI Workflows: You constantly test and integrate new AI tools into your daily routine to optimize results.
- Team support: You support the creative team, process client feedback, and work closely with our design team on DTP and graphic tasks. You become a trusted creative partner for both our team and clients.
