Grimbergen organized a brewing contest for beer lovers. After tasting a lot of home made  beers, 3 finalists were selected.

But to decide who would be the real winner of The ‘Grimbergen Cuvée‘ of the year, a last tasting session was organised where all people invited could bring out the final vote.

At the end of the evening during ‘het brouwfeest‘ in the abbey of Grimbergen the winner asked ‘wil je met mij brouwen?’. A very nice way to symbolise the fact that de creation of the winner wil be crowned The Grimbergen Cuvée and will be available for the general public.

Everything was themed around wedding vibes.

We organised a wedding reception where the different beers could be tasted and invited people to witness the ultimate brewing celebration, while the winning brewer said ‘yes’ to his masterpiece amidst the historic halls of the Grimbergen site. A party not to be missed.
