Rekruté on Tour brought CM’s recruitment experience directly to people, combining job discovery with great food.
BRIEFING
Following the success of Restaurant Rekruté in 2024, CM wanted to continue engaging working professionals, job seekers and (soon-to-be) graduates in a fresh and accessible way. The challenge was to make recruitment more personal, playful, and approachable by bringing the experience directly to people.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
We created Rekruté on Tour, a mobile food trailer that took the recruitment experience on the road. Visitors were invited to complete a playful questionnaire to discover which roles suited them best.
As a reward, they enjoyed a fresh pastry in the morning or a tasty tapas board in the afternoon.
The Rekruté on Tour trailer stopped in Leuven, Hasselt, Kortrijk, Roeselare, Ghent, Antwerp and Mechelen, meeting people where they are and turning recruitment into a warm, personal, and tasteful experience.
THE RESULT
By bringing the experience directly to its audience, CM successfully lowered the threshold to engage with potential talent. The activation sparked genuine conversations, increased awareness of CM as an employer and transformed recruitment into a positive, memorable moment combining career discovery with hospitality and human connection.
