BRIEFING
We organized the Croky Cup in collaboration with Pro League Belgium at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels. We had the honor of managing the VIP and fan villages for Royal Antwerp FC and Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. Here, we truly put Croky in the spotlight, focusing on three main points:
- The Crunchiness of Croky
- the fun DNA of Croky
- and the intense flavors across Belgium.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
During the Croky Cup at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels, various activities were organized to provide both fans and VIP guests with an unforgettable experience.
In both fan villages, a Croky zone was set up, where visitors could participate in various games, enjoy animations, a scoreboard, an info zone, and sampling. This activation ran from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering fans an interactive experience that immersed them directly in the world of Croky.
THE RESULT
More than 170 active participants engaged in the games. In the fan village of Union, 84 participants were welcomed, while the Antwerp stand saw an impressive 90 active participants. Each participation lasted an average of 2 minutes, and the installation operated non-stop as everyone wanted a chance to join in. The strategic placement of the stand ensured that thousands of fans couldn’t miss the Croky activation. The VIP zone was an exclusive area for 600 guests, featuring arcade games, a photowall with Polaroids, and the opportunity to pose with the Croky Cup.
