In 2020 Lidl blew out 25 candles. Unfortunately, they couldn’t celebrate because of COVID-19. This year they wanted to make it right and thank all their employees for their hard work. Therefore they wanted to go big! And we got the opportunity to contribute to this. But how?

What better place to celebrate such a special moment than at a place full of joy and laughter: the amusement parks.

We invited all Lidl’s employees and their families to 6 different amusement parks spread across Belgium. To make it all about Lidl, we have turned the amusement park into a real Lidl-park with Lidl-zones as a place where they could eat and drink but also where kids could have themselves painted as a frog or princess. Besides the Lidl-zones, we have created different Lidl instawalls for fun pictures. Each member also had been given a goodie bag full of snacks, drinks, souvenirs and a poncho so they didn’t get wet!

In the end, 14000 happy Lidl emlployees went home after a beautiful day full of fun memories.
