The Conference of the Bar of the Province of Antwerp asked us to organise The opening of the judicial year 2020-2021 on 3 locations at the same time and available through a livestream for the ones who couldn’t make it to the locations.

We have transformed three beautiful buildings into a perfect location for the event. We chose the Handelsbeurs in Antwerp, the Court of Appeal in Mechelen and the Court of Appeal in Turnhout. To bring these three locations together, we connected the people by means of a livestream. This way, everyone was connected and enjoyed their meals together at 3 beautiful locations.

In total, there were 400 guests spread over three different locations. Organised in a Corona proof way.
