We wanted to create a format that highlights the people behind its projects. The goal was to move beyond polished end results and show the human side of the work: capturing real moments, personalities, and day-to-day experiences in an authentic way.

We developed a recurring video format built around spontaneity and simplicity. Short interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and unscripted interactions give a genuine view of the team in action. Each episode focuses on real stories, showing how ideas take shape and how different team members contribute.

The Cubies format brings the team closer to clients and followers, creating a stronger connection through authenticity. By putting people at the center, it reinforces the identity of CityCubes and shows that every project is driven by the energy and dedication of the team behind it.
