BRIEFING

Disney aimed to introduce its new Adventure World concept to key partners in a way that would go beyond a traditional presentation. The objective was to create a setting where storytelling, product information, and experience would come together, allowing guests to fully step into the different world of the brand.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE

We designed a clear and structured guest journey, guiding visitors through different moments across the venue. From arrival to presentation and activities on the slope, each phase was carefully planned to balance content and experience.

The environment combined themed zones with functional spaces, allowing guests to move naturally between presentation moments, snow activities, and informal interaction. Visual elements, sound, and small details were used to support the narrative without overwhelming the flow.

THE RESULT

Guests experienced the new Disney Adventure World in a memorable and engaging way. The combination of storytelling, interaction, and atmosphere created a strong emotional connection with the brand.

The event successfully translated Disney’s vision into a tangible experience, leaving partners inspired and ready to bring that same magic to their audiences.
